If the “Pay” button is not activating, it usually means there’s an error in one of the form fields. This could be due to:
An extra space
A missing or incorrect character
Autofill errors
We strongly recommend manually entering all information instead of using autofill, as that often resolves the issue. We sometime hear that purchases using your phone have issues as well, so you may want to try a laptop for purchase if you experience this issue.
