We invite you to continue your training through Catalyst, offered in two dynamic phases:
The Becoming What You Believe Experience is a pre-requisite to attend Catalyst.
Phase 1: Catalyst — The Live Event
A three-day, in-person experience focused on:
Connecting with others on the same path
Learning the principles of transformation in a transferrable way
Observing and engaging in the listening process with others
It's a chance to grow in community and see what identity work looks like in real time.
Phase 2: Skill Development — The Learning Labs
This phase is all about practice and confidence. You'll:
Learn to facilitate identity transformation
Grow in proficiency in leading inner-healing prayer
Develop the tools to walk others through the same process of fearless living
Note: The registration fee includes both the live event and the learning labs.
After Catalyst: The Identity Collective
Once you complete Catalyst, you are invited to join the Identity Collective — a membership community for Catalysts who want to keep growing, stay connected, and go further together. The Collective includes monthly live group trainings, access to Catalyst event recordings, office hours with Identity Exchange coaches, community chat, and more.
