This course is self-paced. It has 6 modules that include a 20-40 minute video, a written summary, and questions for discussion, reflection and journaling.
Although you may be able to work through the content faster in some areas, you will find in other areas you will only begin to just scratch the surface. Like anything, you will get out of it what you put into it!
We highly recommend participating in a Becoming What You Believe Intensive. This three month experience includes additional training materials and coaching sessions to help you process what you are learning and help you apply it to your life situations.
