We offer refunds on purchases made of the services and digital products offered on our Website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of your purchase date by requesting a refund via email. For Catalyst Training, you may receive a full refund until the Experience begins. You may receive a 50% refund up until one month prior to the in person Catalyst training. No refunds will be used after the in-person event.
Courses
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Coaching
Identity Exchange LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), Coaches and Staff are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, therapist, registered dietician, or psychotherapist of the Client. Client understands that the Coach has not promised, and shall not be obligated to act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavior therapy to the Client. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach. The Coach and Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach or Company be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s and Company’s entire liability, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company for all services rendered up until the agreed ending date.
Catalyst

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the training are not eligible for a refund.

We do not sell books on our website. All books are sold via our Amazon author page. We receive a small commission on each purchase. We are unable to offer any customer support for books purchased through Amazon. Please contact them directly.
