Courses

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of your experience. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.

Coaching

Due to the personalized nature of coaching sessions, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to support your unique journey.

We are committed to providing high-quality, professional services and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify your coach at least 48 hours in advance of your coaching session.

Intensive

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the Intensive are eligible for a refund, minus a nonrefundable $500 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the beginning of the intensive are not eligible for a refund because your coach will have been assigned.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to effectively plan and provide the highest quality experience for all participants.

Catalyst

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the Catalyst Intensive are eligible for a refund, minus a nonrefundable $500 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the training are not eligible for a refund.

Books

We do not sell books on our website. All books are sold via our Amazon author page. We receive a small commission on each purchase. We are unable to offer any customer support for books purchased through Amazon. Please contact them directly.
