Regarding your interest in potentially joining our coaching team, we do hire from time to time but most often it is an internal announcement with current Identity Exchange Clients.
It's important to note that all of our coaches have come through both the "Becoming What You Believe" Intensive and the Catalyst training participants. Completing these programs is a foundational step for anyone interested in coaching with us. However, participation in and completion of these programs does not automatically guarantee a coaching position.
Our hiring for coaching roles depends on various factors, including whether we have any open positions at a particular time. Should a coaching opportunity be available and your profile aligns with our needs, and you have completed both the Intensive and Catalyst training then you would then be invited to participate in our interview process.
